Q: Employees from my company need to complete work on Woolworth’s sites. What do I need to do?

A: You will need to register your company via the online portal. Please click on the Register Now link on the top left of this page. Once your company has been registered and your registration approved, you will receive a username and password to login to the portal where you can start enrolling employees into required inductions.

Q: Who do I contact if I have questions regarding the registration or induction process?

Q: My username and password for the portal does not work.

A: Your username and password are case sensitive. Try copying and pasting from the email you receive to ensure the details are correct. If this does not work, please Contact Us.

Q: I haven’t received my username and password for the portal.

A: Please check your junk mail first. If you still haven’t received it, please contact the help line on 1300 291 561 or email safetycompliance@pegasus.net.au confirming your email address to we can re-issue your login details.

Q: What if I forget or lose my password?

A: The portal has the facility to email you a new password if you have forgotten or lost yours. Click on the ‘Forgot my Password’ link on the login page, and you will be emailed your password.

Q: I need to change the user access for our company. How do I get new login details issued?

A: Please contact the help line on 1300 291 966 or email the new user’s name and email address to safetycompliance@pegasus.net.au.

Q: How do I enrol employees into the induction?

A: After logging in to the portal select Bookings, choose the appropriate induction and enter the surname of the individual you are enrolling.

If the individual is on the list, tick the box next to their name and then click on Add to Cart.

If their name does not appear please select Add Employee, then click Add New, fill in their details and select Save. Next, browse for the employee’s photos and then select Upload. A message will display that your photo has been successfully uploaded. Finally, click on Submit, then select Back.

Q: Which induction do I need to enrol my employees in?

A: The inductions are based on the type of work you do on Woolworth’s sites. An overview of the inductions:

Q: How do I order a replacement Woolworths Contractor Safety Card?

A: Replacement Woolworths Contractor Cards are $16.50 inc GST – please Contact Us  so can issue you with a replacement card order form.

Q: How do I pay?

A: Secure online payments are available through the Woolworths portal via credit card; Visa and MasterCard are accepted. With prior approval, accounts can be established for larger organisations.

Q: How long is my company registration valid for?

A: Registration is valid for 1-2 years depending on your risk category.

Q: How often do I need to complete a Safety Management System audit?

A: SMS audits are valid for the length of your registration, which is based on your risk category. You may need to complete another SMS review if your work changes and you move to a different category within the registration period.

Q: How often do I need to provide my company insurances and licenses?

A: You only need to provide licenses and insurances relevant to the work you perform on a Woolworths Limited site. These will be collected when you register through the contractor portal. When they are due to expire, you will receive an email reminder that renewal is due and you must provide updated policies or licences. If your company changes the type of work they perform for Woolworths, you may be asked to provide additional documentation.

Q: Are my credit card details secure in the portal?

A: Yes, the system uses https SSL certificate encryption with a 2,048 bit key. Your credit card details are sent by an encrypted SSL connection and are not retained in server logs or browser history. Because we don’t retain any credit card information, you must re-enter your card details each time you make a purchase in the portal.

Q: I need a Woolworths induction. What do I need to do?

A: All inductions are booked and completed online. You will need to provide your details and a passport size electronic photo to your company administrator as they will have the user access details to enrol you in the induction. Once the enrolment process is complete, you will receive a link to complete your induction online.

Q: What do I need to take to site with me to show I have passed the induction?

A: You will receive an automated email once you complete your induction which you will need to show as proof of completion. You should record your induction number once you have passed, as this number must noted in the Visitor Book upon arrival to site.

Q: My username and password does not work.

A: Your username and password are case sensitive. Try copying and pasting from the email you receive to ensure the details are correct. If this does not work, please Contact Us.

Q: I haven’t received my username and password or induction link.

A: Please check your junk mail first. If you still haven’t received, it please Contact Us so we can confirm your email address and re-issue your login details.

Q: How much does an induction cost?

A: The inductions cost $8.25 including GST (does not include a hard copy of the Woolworths Contractor Safety Card). You can print a paper copy of the card and you’ll receive an email confirmation.

Q: Will I receive a Woolworths Contractor Safety Card?

A: Plastic photo Woolworths Contractor Safety Card are now optional for most contractors. There are some contractors who do still require the plastic photo ID card. You can elect to receive a plastic copy of the card at a cost of $16.50 including GST. The card will be posted to your company address once you have passed your induction.

Q: I have not received my Woolworths Contractor Safety Card.

A: You must first successfully complete the induction and check you received an email confirming you passed. If you received your pass result email, please contact your company administrator as your card may have been posted to your company. If you still haven’t received your card, please Contact Us so we can check the card status.

Q: How long is my induction valid for?

A: Your induction will be valid for two (2) years. You may need to complete further inductions if you change the type of work you perform on a Woolworths Limited site.
